Job Spec : Sales Administrator

Job Title: Job Title: Sales Administrator (CRM & Pipeline Support)

Location: [JHB] – Hybrid/ -3 days in office

Reports to: Sales Manager (Field Sales Operations)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our Field Sales team. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence in sales pipeline management, CRM accuracy, and reporting cadence across our organization. The ideal candidate will also be instrumental in supporting the company’s migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring minimal disruption and strong adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day sales administration tasks to support Field Sales Directors in their pipeline updates and stage forecasting.
  • Ensure data hygiene and accuracy within CRM systems (Salesforce initially, migrating to Dynamics).
  • Provide timely, structured reporting to Senior Management to support global forecasting and business reviews.
  • Support CRM migration activities including testing, data transfer, user training, and documentation.
  • Process administrator.
  • Collaborate closely with RevOps before, during, and after the CRM transformation to ensure consistent process adherence.
  • Provide administrative support to sales enablement programs and internal communications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Finance, Sales Enablement) to ensure seamless operational execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all organizational levels.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of supporting ongoing change management initiatives.
  • Post graduate studies in Business or Technology.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Previous involvement in a CRM migration or transformation project.
  • Knowledge of RevOps or sales forecasting processes.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS or technology sales environments.
  • Proven experience in a sales operations or administrative role within a B2B environment.
  • Experience supporting a global or multi-region sales team is preferred.
