Duties & Responsibilities

Key Duties :

  • Handle all inbound sales queries and orders.
  • Assist customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
  • Verify orders including customer details and payment information.
  • Capture data into our internal computer system.
  • Provide quotes to existing and potential clients.
  • Inform clients about stock availability, alternatives, and lead times.
  • Accurately invoice clients.
  • Expedite orders through internal coordination.
  • Manage your time effectively to ensure timely responses to customer requests.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Support the sales department with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements :

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • A driver's license with reliable transport is advantageous.

Package & Remuneration : R 12000 - R 16000 Monthly
