Minimum requirements :

• Matric
• Proficiency in Sage Evolution or Pastel and QuickBooks online
• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
• Experience in cold calling is an advantage
• Experience in the stationery industry will be a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities :

• Process customer orders received via email or phone
• Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or respond to queries
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Communicate customer feedback and insights to internal teams
• Monitor and ensure sales targets are being met; report any deviations
• Stay informed about new products, services, and features
