Sales Administrator position available in Paarl.

A thriving tree-growing business, is looking for a Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves customer service, logistics coordination, and administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Check stock availability and suggest alternatives when needed.
  • Assist walk-in clients and schedule farm viewings.
  • Generate quotes, invoices, and sales orders.
  • Plan and coordinate deliveries, collections, and routes.
  • Maintain and update a photo library of tree species and sizes.
  • Oversee stock updates, audits, and inventory control.
  • Handle export documentation and liaise with authorities.
  • Process payments, track accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Keep accurate sales and expense reconciliations.
  • Maintain staff attendance records and assist with HR admin tasks.
  • Manage office and farm supplies.
  • Assist with website updates and general administrative tasks.
