A reputable staffing agency in Mpumalanga is seeking an Internal Sales / Customer Service professional. The ideal candidate will manage customer orders, liaise with the sales team, and handle queries efficiently. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing administration, and overseeing stock control. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM to 04:15 PM.

Key Responsibilities :

Internal Sales / Customer Service :

  • Liaise with sales team, customers, and supply chain to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
  • Receive, process, and distribute customer orders.
  • Generate quotes, sales orders, and tax invoices.
  • Handle customer queries and manage incoming calls.
  • Monitor back orders and stock availability; communicate updates to clients and sales team.
  • Follow up on order and delivery queries.
  • Process urgent and proforma quotations as needed.
  • Handle Free On Loan (FOL) orders and related agreements.
  • Convert picking slips to invoices.
  • Provide regular updates on order status to clients and sales team.
  • Record and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain a delivery note register for manual orders.

Administration :

  • Manage administration related to received / dispatched orders.
  • Maintain efficient admin systems for stakeholder service.
  • Ensure correct documentation for FOL equipment issuance / returns.
  • Assist with stocktakes as required.

Warehousing & Stock Control :

  • Receive and capture incoming stock.
  • Ensure correct stock placement in warehouse.
  • Pick and check orders for dispatch.
  • Oversee general housekeeping in warehouse.
  • Rotate stock as needed.
  • Report low stock levels to management.
  • Conduct weekly perpetual stock counts.

Working hours

Mon to Fri 07.30am – 04.15pm
