Job description

Location : Van Dyk Park, Boksburg We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator at our Head Office in Boksburg, Gauteng, in the Tools, Welders, Industrial Machines , Power Tools and Diesel Generator industry.

Ensure quotations and sales orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner, as well as develop positive solutions to complex challenges.

Previous experience in the Tools or Welders or Industrial Machines or Power Tools or Diesel Generator industry Supervise the Sourcing of non-stock products.

Supervise logistics for collection and deliveries.

Process supervision such as Internal Branch Requisitions (IBRs), Purchase Orders with approvals, Internal Branch Transfers (IBTs) & GRVs with Supplier Invoices & EFT Requisitions.

Assist in Credit Applications for new customers.

Monitoring credit limits of customers & general debtors functions.

Overseeing Customer Repairs, closing the loop from start to finish.

Understand cost, selling prices & margins on different product ranges.

Overlook the Petty Cash & expense recons.

Be comfortable working with stock transfers between multiple branches.

Be system driven and minimize working with manual documentation.

Strong in administrator with organizational skills & deadline driven.

Enforce internal control & authorisation levels.

Manage stock turns.

Administrate & manage cycle stock counts on sales & rental.

Team Player.

Job-Hoppers will not be considered.

Previous experience in this industry is essential.

Clear criminal record.

Grade 12 and some secondary education in Sales or Marketing will be beneficial.

Valid Drivers Licence.

Salary : Market related and negotiable base on previous experience.
