We are seeking a Sales and Admin Executive with at least 5 years of experience in Oxygen / Respiratory equipment, based in Sandton.
This role involves:
- Outbound sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, quoting, invoicing, and client support.
- Travel to meet new and existing clients, with the position based in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and lead generation to drive new business.
- Handling inbound leads and converting them into sales.
- Booking sales meetings and presenting to potential clients.
- Closing sales and processing orders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Visiting clients to provide support and strengthen partnerships.
Admin & Customer Support:
- Quoting and invoicing for new and existing clients.
- Handling customer support and after-sales requests.
- Running mass mailing campaigns and outbound follow-ups.
- Keeping records updated in CRM and sales tracking systems.
- Providing weekly reports to the manager.
- Working from the office and traveling to client meetings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical, oxygen, or respiratory equipment.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Proven ability to close sales and negotiate effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage a pipeline.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, invoicing, and quoting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to clients.
