Receive clients in the yard, show them different units and assist with quote inquiries in the absence of Account Managers and communicate with Account Managers about leads
Printing of Return and Delivery
Managing the gate schedule
Handle/control petty cash
Assisting and reporting on branch debtors
Dispatching and receiving trucks
Linking stock units to jobs and adding stock to a job
Creating jobs from a quote in the absence of the Account Manager for the branch
Manage the contract workers and handyman, assisting them in getting units out into the market with necessary quality control and on time
Assisting the handyman with necessary arrangements relating to warranty work
Opening and closing warranty jobs in the absence of the Account Manager
Handle all delivery notes and queries from head office
Weekly handling of stock take, handling stock-related queries and handling stock for basic refurbishment work
Air conditioner stock management, arranging services and ensuring that there is a working/clean stock on hand
Providing market intelligence and assisting the Sales Manager-Rentals in branch-specific improvement initiatives
Carrying out all reasonable instructions
Required Qualifications:
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar administrative role preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Understanding of sales processes and procedures
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications in Business Administration or related field
