We’re now looking for a driven Sales & Account Manager to help grow our client base and ensure outstanding client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, relationship-building experience, and a deep understanding of the U.S. market.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Lead Generation
- Act as the first point of contact for new business leads
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify prospects and schedule introductory calls or demos with decision-makers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of U.S.-based clients across industries
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute outreach strategies
Account Management & Client Service
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely updates, follow-ups, and service improvements
- Understand client hiring needs and work closely with recruitment teams to ensure alignment
- Manage contracts, renewals, and performance check-ins
- Address and resolve any service issues quickly and professionally
Internal Collaboration
- Provide client feedback to the recruiting team for ongoing improvements
- Participate in weekly team meetings and performance reviews
- Help develop pitch decks, proposals, and reports as needed
- 3+ years in a sales, client success, or account management role—preferably in recruiting, staffing, or a service-based industry
- Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload
- Tech-savvy; familiar with CRMs, spreadsheets, and virtual communication tools
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and align with U.S. time zones
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a headhunting, recruiting, or staffing agency
- Understanding of hiring workflows, job briefs, and recruitment metrics
- Experience using tools like Zoho and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
