Sales Account Manager (ICT) – JB5347
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: R28 000 – R35 000 + Monthly KPI Bonus
Employment Type: Permanent

An international ICT hardware provider is recruiting a Sales Account Manager to service the KZN region. This field-based role is ideal for a driven, self-managed professional with strong ICT product knowledge and a proven track record in external sales or account management. You’ll focus on growing and managing reseller accounts across the region.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in external sales/account management
• Solid knowledge of ICT hardware and solutions
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Stable internet connection for remote work
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (daily reporting essential)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and meet KPIs
Key Responsibilities:
• Sign up 5 new reseller clients monthly through cold calling and site visits
• Manage and support existing clients with regular visits and business reviews
• Deliver product training and assist with order processing and invoicing
• Track rebates and monitor client activity for growth potential
• Compile and submit daily Excel reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client success
