Location: Durban, KZN

Salary: R28 000 to R35 000 + Monthly KPI Bonus

Type: Permanent

Overview

An international provider of ICT hardware solutions is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Account Manager to join their team in Durban, servicing the KZN region. This field-based role is ideal for a tech-savvy sales professional with strong knowledge of ICT products, a proven track record in external sales, and the ability to work independently while developing and managing reseller accounts.

Minimum Requirements
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in external sales or account management
  • Strong knowledge of ICT products and solutions
  • Stable internet connection for remote work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (for daily reporting)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly KPIs
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop new reseller clients through cold calling and site visits
  • Achieve a monthly KPI of signing 5 new reseller clients
  • Manage and support existing clients, including visits and reviews
  • Conduct product training sessions to ensure client understanding
  • Assist clients with invoice collection, rebate tracking, and orders
  • Analyze client activity for growth opportunities
  • Prepare daily reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Collaborate with internal teams and participate in performance evaluations
