Job description

Job Responsibilities

Report sales performance and activities monthly to the Sales Manager, including but not limited to:

  • Sales Budget and Pipeline Reporting
  • Management and Reporting of Specifying Techniques Platform
Account Management

Manage existing and new client accounts with the following minimum requirements:

  • At least 20 client visits per month to active distributor accounts within the Top 30 active distributor report.
  • Each visit should include product and concept training or discussions on new business and product development.

Record keeping: Maintain visit reports.

Client Support

Handle day-to-day client queries, quotations, order processing, and general support as part of the sales team.

Business Development

Identify and target new market segments to introduce the company's products, focusing on:

  • Distributors within the region/territory and target industry.
  • Large end-user accounts within the region/territory and target industry for product solutions.
Marketing Support

Assist in preparations for exhibitions, either independently or jointly with distributors.

Customer Service

Prepare detailed quotations including availability, pricing, and delivery forecasts, in line with company procedures. Proactively understand product applications and stock management principles, such as FIFO.

Raise necessary documentation, amend customer orders as needed, and ensure reliable customer feedback by proactive communication, keeping customers informed of any issues or delays.

Complaint Resolution

Record customer complaints with detailed information for corrective and preventative actions, including issuing credit notes and invoices where applicable.

Communication

Ensure all customer information is completed accurately and promptly.
