A leading company in the market is looking for a Sales Representative to manage key client accounts in Johannesburg. The role involves regular client visits, handling day-to-day queries, and identifying new business opportunities. Report sales performance and activities monthly to the Sales Manager, including but not limited to:
Manage existing and new client accounts with the following minimum requirements:
Record keeping: Maintain visit reports.
Handle day-to-day client queries, quotations, order processing, and general support as part of the sales team.
Identify and target new market segments to introduce the company's products, focusing on:
Assist in preparations for exhibitions, either independently or jointly with distributors.
Prepare detailed quotations including availability, pricing, and delivery forecasts, in line with company procedures. Proactively understand product applications and stock management principles, such as FIFO.
Raise necessary documentation, amend customer orders as needed, and ensure reliable customer feedback by proactive communication, keeping customers informed of any issues or delays.
Record customer complaints with detailed information for corrective and preventative actions, including issuing credit notes and invoices where applicable.
Ensure all customer information is completed accurately and promptly.
