You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, sourcing decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects to create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
