Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel — researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role involves thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tooling used for target account outreach.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.

• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
