Sales Development Representative (Remote, South Africa)

Position : Sales Development Representative (Remote, South Africa)

Working Hours : Flexible 8-hour shifts (10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM U.S. Central Time)

Salary Range : $800 / month base + commission potential

Type of contract : Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and warmth

Proactively reach out to existing customers who haven’t ordered in a while (Outbound calls but no cold prospecting)

Provide helpful product information and support

Keep accurate records in the CRM system

Build strong relationships with customers through engaging conversations

Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications :

Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or mild accent

  • Confident and comfortable talking on the phone and on video calls
  • Familiarity with CRM systems

Experience with computers and basic office software

Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys talking with people

Able to work U.S. Central Time hours (10 AM – 7 PM CT)

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in phone-based customer service or sales
