Job summary
A leading logistics company based in Germiston is seeking a Sales Administrator to manage client and sales records and respond to queries. Candidates should have a Matric or equivalent and a tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing is advantageous. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, particularly in the agricultural or textile sectors, is required. Strong communication skills and a drivers licence are essential.

Responsibilities
- Manage and update client and sales records.
- Respond to sales queries and client requests professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate efforts with warehouse, finance, and sales departments.
- Process and follow up on orders and customer documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of information shared internally and externally.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients.
