This role involves providing advice on a specific range of products to an allocated market, with accountability for achieving results through individual effort.

Responsibilities
Customer Service

Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities for new business or retention, process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer issues.

Solutions Analysis

Analyze problems to find the best solutions, which may be technical or professional.

Receiving Visitors

Assist visitors, provide information, and refer complex matters to colleagues.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data

Schedule follow-ups, enter information into CRM, and support customer retention and business development.

Customer Needs Clarification

Set objectives, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions, and evaluate customer interest.

Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting

Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers to enable effective communication and issue resolution.

Operational Compliance

Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
