Job Description

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is individually responsible for achieving results through personal efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver quality service, identify opportunities for new business or retention, handle complex queries, and resolve customer issues.
  • Solutions Analysis: Analyze problems to find optimal solutions, whether technical or professional.
  • Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors, assist with information requests, and refer complex issues to colleagues.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-ups, record interactions in CRM, and support effective customer retention and business growth.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives for sales interactions, tailor presentations, and ask relevant questions to assess customer interest and needs.
  • Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop plans to build relationships with potential clients and facilitate information flow and issue resolution.
  • Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, obtaining necessary approvals for exceptions.
  • Business Development: Monitor sales and market data, develop networks within the sector, and enhance organizational visibility and reputation.
  • Data Exploration: Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends using primary sources and business intelligence tools.
  • Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to networks internally and externally to foster ideas and opportunities.
Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • FAIS Compliance
  • Clear criminal and credit checks
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferred)
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Presentation skills are advantageous
