Qualifications

• SAICA-accredited accounting qualification, in progress or completed.
• Eligible to commence or continue SAICA articles.
• Genuine interest in becoming a Chartered Accountant.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Comfortable in a deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of audit engagements.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures.
• Assist with preparation of annual financial statements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client working files.
• Liaise with clients to obtain information and supporting documentation.
• Identify and communicate audit findings to senior team members.
• Assist with accounting and related client engagements where required.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with senior team members throughout the training programme.
