Acuity24 is seeking an experienced Sage Intacct Support Team Leader to guide our product support team and help clients maximise their Sage solutions.

Reporting to the Support Director, you will combine hands-on technical support with team leadership, workload planning and client relationship management across international clients. This role suits a confident professional who understands finance and ERP systems and thrives on resolving complex issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in ERP or financial systems support.
• Two years in a senior or team-lead role.
• Hands-on Sage Intacct experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of core accounting processes.
• Experience with ticketing systems and meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support the product support team.
• Plan workload, allocate tickets, and manage leave.
• Ensure responses meet SLAs and client expectations.
• Provide hands-on Sage Intacct troubleshooting.
• Develop knowledge-base articles and train staff.
• Build client relationships across regions and time zones.
