Job Overview :

Our client, based in Witfield, Boksburg, is seeking a Sage Evolution Administrator to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the Sage Evolution ERP system. A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience with Sage Evolution is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and support the Sage Evolution ERP system across the organisation

Perform regular system checks, data validations, and backups

Provide technical support and user training for finance team members

Assist with the preparation of financial reports and month-end processing

Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues efficiently

Work closely with the finance team to optimise system use and reporting

Contribute to system improvements, upgrades, and new module implementations

Minimum Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years' experience working with Sage Evolution

Strong understanding of accounting systems and financial processes

Ability to generate and customise reports within Sage Evolution

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications :
