Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sage 300 People Consultant. The role is based in Johannesburg, but some work from home is acceptable. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Sage 300 People Payroll snd HR system, providing training to clients, configuring and customizing the software according to client requirements, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Daily tasks include conducting needs analysis, preparing documentation, and liaising with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Certification

  • in implementing and supporting Sage 300 People Payroll and HR.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Sage 300 People Payroll and HR to meet client needs
  • Strong training and client support skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
