Job Summary : As a Sage 300 Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Sage 300 Payroll & HR systems for clients. Your primary focus will be on optimizing clients' payroll and HR operations through the Sage 300 system. This role requires a client-centric approach, as you will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, while maintaining strong relationships. We are seeking an experienced professional with 3-5 years of payroll experience who can demonstrate adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities :

  • System Implementation & Configuration : Oversee the full implementation of Sage 300 Payroll & HR software, including system setup, data migration, and customization for client-specific needs.
  • Client Consultation : Collaborate with clients to assess and understand their payroll and HR needs, offering tailored Sage 300 solutions.
  • Ongoing Support : Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for clients’ Sage 300 systems to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Training & Development : Deliver training sessions to ensure clients are fully equipped to utilize Sage 300 for their payroll and HR processes.
  • Compliance & Regulation : Ensure all payroll processes align with the latest tax and labour regulations, keeping clients informed of relevant changes.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization within clients' payroll systems, leveraging Sage 300 features to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in Sage 300 Payroll & HR software.
  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration or consulting.
