Job description
Overview

We are looking for an experienced Safety & Security Manager to lead and strengthen our safety and security operations across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance strategy with day-to-day operational oversight.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all safety and security operations across facilities, staff, and events.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement effective safety/security measures.
  • Respond to incidents and lead investigations with clear reporting.
  • Manage and evaluate external security providers and contractors.
  • Drive compliance with safety legislation, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Coordinate projects, upgrades, and continuous improvements in safety/security systems.
  • Build strong partnerships with law enforcement and key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in corporate safety and security management.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment, health and safety compliance, and incident response.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and modern safety/security technologies.
  • A proactive, professional, and adaptable approach.

Note: This role may require occasional travel and working closely with international colleagues.
