An opportunity exists for a Construction Health and Safety Officer (CHSO) with Enelad (PTY) Ltd in Gqeberha, South Africa. The role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, implementing safety management systems, leading incident investigations, and maintaining safety documentation. Candidates must be SACPCMP registered, have a minimum of four years’ experience, and possess a relevant Health & Safety qualification. Strong communication and report writing skills are essential, alongside a valid driver's license.
Position Overview:
To ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and site-specific requirements. The CHSO is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving construction health and safety standards across the project lifecycle.
