Job summary

The Building Company in Thabazimbi is seeking a permanent Delivery Driver to provide safe, prompt and efficient delivery service to stores and clients in the area. You will ensure items are delivered without breakages and shortages while maintaining vehicle standards.

Responsibilities include loading assistance, daily inspections, defect reporting, COD collection where applicable, and upholding the company’s values and culture in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Code 10 (HV) or Code 8 (LV) driver's license.
• At least 2 years of relevant delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering goods to stores and clients.
• Ensure the vehicle is neatly packed and organized.
• Prevent damages and breakages during transport.
• Supervise and assist with loading.
• Perform daily vehicle inspection checks.
• Report any defects or issues.
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition.
• Provide accurate delivery notes and collect COD where required.
• Deliver good customer service and uphold company values.
