ENVIRONMENT :

Our client, a fast-scaling SaaS company supporting service-based retailers in over 27 countries, delivers powerful, intuitive software solutions that streamline workshop operations, manage rentals, and enhance customer communication all aimed at driving real-world results like improved efficiency, better customer experiences, and sustainable business growth. As they expand their global footprint, they are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and grow their global marketing function. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a dynamic and hands-on marketing leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS. Youll have full ownership of the marketing strategy from brand positioning and demand generation to team development and performance marketing with the opportunity to make a measurable impact on business growth by elevating the brand, growing the pipeline, and building a world-class marketing function from the ground up.

DUTIES :

  • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, content, paid media, SEO, and partner channels
  • Own product messaging and positioning, ensuring clarity and consistency across all platforms
  • Develop and launch targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate the sales pipeline
  • Lead the creation of compelling content, including blogs, case studies, email marketing, and landing pages
  • Optimise the full marketing funnel using tools such as HubSpot (or similar), tracking key performance metrics like CAC, LTV, MQLs, and ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and drive engagement
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team with clear KPIs and professional development plans
