Position : Senior Sales Manager

Type of contract : Independent Contractor Agreement

Working Hours : US Business Hours

Salary Range : $2,000 - $4,000 USD (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to support our growth initiatives. In this role, you will manage CRM systems, identify key contacts, execute outreach campaigns, coordinate trade show preparations, and conduct market research. You will collaborate closely with leadership and marketing teams to optimize processes and support business growth. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  1. CRM Management
  2. Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure accurate tracking of leads and opportunities.

    Analyze CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach
  2. Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers across the CPG, cosmetics, food and beverage, and alcohol industries.

    Assist in executing targeted email and outreach campaigns to engage potential leads.

  1. Event Coordination
  2. Support trade show and industry event planning, including logistics, booth preparation, and follow-up strategies.

    Track and manage deliverables related to event participation and lead generation.

  1. Market Research & Reporting
  2. Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

    Prepare reports on sales pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, and business insights for leadership.

  1. Collaboration with Internal Teams
  2. Work closely with marketing to develop outreach materials and support strategic initiatives.

    Support the business development team with administrative tasks to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in business development, sales support, or market research, preferably in B2B or sustainability-focused industries.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support outreach and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in innovative packaging solutions.
