Position: Paid Media Specialist (focus on GAds) / Digital Marketing Specialist

Work Hours: US hours

Timezone: CET

Holidays: TBD

Pay Range: USD 3,000 - 3,500 per month (final offer at client's discretion based on skills and experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including branded and Performance Max (PMax).
  • Develop and execute search campaign strategies to generate leads and conversions.
  • Run retargeting campaigns on Meta and Instagram to re-engage visitors.
  • Explore and manage Bing Ads campaigns to extend reach.
  • Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads reports to monitor and improve performance.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts and support growth.
  • Provide performance reports with insights and strategies for optimization.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience managing substantial Google Ads budgets ($70,000–$100,000/month or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including branded, search, and PMax campaigns.
  • Experience with retargeting campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Familiarity with Bing Ads or ability to adapt quickly.
  • Background in performance marketing, preferably with agency experience, though in-house candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting and strategic insights.
