Capital South Africa seeks a Financial Markets Analyst to craft clear, accurate market commentary for a South African audience. You will explain market movements, macro events and product concepts for retail clients, media partners and internal stakeholders within a regulated, execution-only framework.

You will collaborate with Brand, Communications, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to ensure content is accurate, balanced and client-centric, and you will monitor news and calendar events to

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in financial markets content, education or related financial-services environment.
• Excellent writing ability for external audiences.
• Strong understanding of financial markets including FX, indices, equities, commodities and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular market commentary across major asset classes.
• Prepare written content for publication including articles and website content.
• Create educational content on CFDs, leverage, margin and risk concepts.
• Work with Compliance to ensure regulatory and brand standards.
