Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the Country Leadership Team with clear expectations, regular performance reviews and disciplined operating cadences.
• Own the country P&L, revenue, delivery, and transformation with accountable leadership.
• Develop and implement the country strategy, operating model and governance for a sustainable, impact-led platform.
• Drive PCV and FASE integration within the country strategy, ensuring credible revenue pathways and market positioning.
• Coordinate with global functions to align One ForAfrika priorities and avoid duplication of ownership.
• Ensure governance, financial controls, and safeguarding standards are applied across the country.
• Provide timely reporting on country performance to the VP Operations/COO and other stakeholders.
• Lead the transition to a unified country operating platform with clear accountability and outcomes.
