Purpose of the Position

Responsible for driving the eazle RTMP connection strategy, covering the way we connect eazle to key strategic RTMPs, as well as equipping RTMPs with technology to manage eazle orders without API integrations. Our RTMP connection strategy is critical to enable our hybrid RTC strategy, facilitating an easy end-to-end order management and fulfillment process, and adding value for both customers and RTMPs.

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Lead the development and implementation of RTMP connections, including API-based integrations with selected partners and the eazle Distributor portal with other strategic partners.
  • Research to understand key RTMP pain points to optimize collaboration and connection to the eazle ecosystem.
  • Design and implement new processes and ways of working across internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement RTMP connections.
  • Work with external stakeholders (technology vendors, RTMP ERP partners, etc.) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Local D&T, Global E-Business team, and technology partners to develop RTMP connections aligned with key RTMP and customer pain points and HEINEKEN Beverages strategic objectives.
  • Analyze the financial impact of implemented services and their contribution to HEINEKEN Beverages strategy.
  • Develop training and capability-building materials with capability and change & communication teams to onboard and educate RTMPs and internal colleagues, including field sales teams.
  • Coordinate with RTMPs and internal stakeholders to establish service levels and support models.
  • Work with change & communication teams to create engaging updates for customers on key developments.
  • Explore industry best practices to continuously improve RTMP connections.
  • Share learnings and best practices with other HEINEKEN OpCos, leveraging the HEINEKEN network.
  • Manage deployment and development budgets in collaboration with D&T.

Educational Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Administration, IT, E-Commerce, or Logistics.

Professional Experience and Personal Attributes

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales, digital, D&T, or logistics.
  • Project management skills.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies.
  • Experience in shaping FMCGs or related services RTC strategy and solutions.
