Job description

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for travel, networking, and sales? Envoyage is looking for a commercially minded and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our network of independent travel business owners and agents.

As our BDM, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new consultants and agencies into our flexible business models. You will be the face of Envoyage in the market — driving meaningful partnerships, increasing travel spend, and creating lasting commercial value.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Identifying and acquiring new agents and small businesses to join Envoyage.

Presenting our products and services in a compelling way to maximize profitability and network value.

Attending industry events and trade functions to grow visibility and generate leads.

Managing your pipeline through cold calling, lead qualification, and relationship building.

Collaborating with internal teams (onboarding, support, leadership) to ensure successful transitions.

Using Salesforce to manage CRM data, reporting, and lead tracking.

Supporting the creation of sales collateral and presentations.

Who You Are :

A natural connector with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.

5+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in Key Accounts or BDM role.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building high-value relationships.

Able to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).

Own transport is essential; travel will be required as needed.
