Do you have a passion for building long-term client relationships, driving value, and ensuring customer satisfaction? Corporate Traveller is looking for a strategic, results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team!
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll take full ownership of a portfolio of Key Accounts—ensuring client satisfaction, driving retention and revenue growth, and delivering strategic value. You'll be the primary relationship lead and a trusted advisor, collaborating cross-functionally to execute tailored solutions and strategies that support both client success and business objectives.
Own and manage multi-level client relationships across key accounts.
Conduct regular business reviews, reporting, and strategic planning with clients.
Resolve service escalations and ensure a seamless experience with internal teams.
Track performance against client SLAs and contracts.
Lead workshops, customer education sessions, and implementation of travel tech tools.
Identify growth opportunities, drive profitability, and monitor policy compliance.
Develop and deliver retention strategies, cost savings, and value-based initiatives.
Represent Corporate Traveller at new business pitches and client-facing events.
5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer relationships.
Proven success engaging C-level stakeholders.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the travel industry.
Strong understanding of corporate travel, booking tools, and data-driven reporting.
Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth and cost-saving opportunities.
Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
A confident, self-managed professional who thrives on strategic client engagement.

Relevant tertiary qualification (business or travel-related – advantageous)
