Qualifications

• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Map, develop, and drive automation initiatives across campaigns.
• Manage direct reports involved in automation efforts.

Skills

Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, Python, or VBScript

Ability to integrate automation with APIs and databases

Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN)

Process Mapping & Analysis

Strong documentation and workflow design skills

Database Knowledge: SQL

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

Communication and teamwork skills

Education

Occupational Certificate: RPA Developer (NQF Level 5)

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
