Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Room Division Manager at Royal Palm Hotel in Umhlanga. The Room Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing guest and customer satisfaction, managing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training for staff.

The Rooms Division Manager will work hand in hand with the department heads to maximize guest satisfaction. They will work closely with the General Manager and relieving him in his absence.

• Experience in Training staff

• Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus
