Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Room Division Manager at Royal Palm Hotel in Umhlanga.

The Room Division Manager will be responsible for overseeing guest and customer satisfaction, managing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, and conducting staff training. The Rooms Division Manager will work closely with the department heads to maximize guest satisfaction.

They will also work closely with the General Manager and relieve him in his absence.
