Job description

· A proven track record in a production environment with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related Foreman / Supervisory position.

· A Diploma or equivalent; higher education such as an Associate's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred.

· The ability to read mechanical drawings.

· Proven track record of shop floor experience.

· Knowledge of the OSH Act and experience in the administration of Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements.

· Knowledge of current labor law and basic I.R. procedures.

· Strong knowledge of quality management.

· Computer literate (particularly Excel) and knowledge of Syspro is required.

· Good verbal and written English communication skills at all levels are essential.

· Must be willing and able to work day and night shifts.

· Previous experience in setting up machinery, including CNC machines, is required.

· Excellent cutting, drilling, tapping, and welding skills with a proven track record.
