The Role :

As a Remote Recruiter, you will manage multiple client relationships, source top-tier talent, and fill approximately 10 positions simultaneously, with potential to increase during busy periods. You will work across various industries in a fully remote, flexible environment where you can develop your skills, grow quickly, and earn significantly.

• Sourcing & Recruiting: Handle end-to-end recruitment, from posting jobs to negotiating offers.
• Client Relationships: Manage multiple clients and build long-lasting relationships.
