Job summary

• Recent graduate with Honours or equivalent in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Execute NGS library preparations for diverse applications (WGS, RNA-Seq, target enrichment).
• Contribute to enzyme biotechnology activities including design and purification processes.
• Perform core molecular biology techniques: PCR/qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, gel electrophoresis.
• Carry out QC using Qubit, Bioanalyzer, and LightCycler to ensure sample quality.
• Maintain detailed documentation and prepare clear, comprehensive reports.
• Support laboratory operations: reagent prep, inventory management, and safety procedures.
