About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory procedures related to DNA/RNA extraction , library preparation for next-generation sequencing (NGS), and PCR-based assays.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as sequencers, PCR machines, and centrifuges, adhering to strict quality control standards.
• Accurately record experimental data, results, and observations in electronic laboratory notebooks and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of reagents, solutions, and experimental setups under the guidance of senior researchers.
• Contribute to troubleshooting experimental protocols and identifying potential sources of error to ensure data integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements
