What Youll Do

As our RPA Specialist, you'll lead the automation processes across multiple countries and drive general business process automation. You'll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build scalable bots, and ensure compliance across diverse regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and optimize bot performance.
• Develop solutions according to module designs and deploy using delivery pipeline.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions for operations across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities in finance, customer service, compliance, and other business units.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend automation strategies using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
• Ensure automation solutions are compliant with local regulations and data privacy standards.
• Monitor and maintain RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and support handover to operations teams.
• Stay up to date with RPA trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.

• Certification in RPA tools or process automation methodologies is a plus.
• Multi-country operational experience is a plus
