Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain robots to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.
  • Do fault finding and preventative maintenance as per maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant work instruction.
  • Compile feedback on time sheets to ensure accurate repair data.
  • Ensure that company procedures, works instructions and quality systems are adhered to at all times.
  • Participate actively in the departmental M2S as per company requirement.
  • Ensure that work practices comply with the company SHEQ procedures and works instructions.

Job Requirements:

  • NQF Educational level N6/ Diploma/Degree
  • Educational qualification: Qualified Electrician/ Millwright/
  • Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Robot Technician within an Automotive environment
  • Extensive working knowledge of ABB and Kuka Robots.
