Job Responsibilities:- Repair and maintain robots to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.
- Do fault finding and preventative maintenance as per maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant work instruction.
- Compile feedback on time sheets to ensure accurate repair data.
- Ensure that company procedures, works instructions and quality systems are adhered to at all times.
- Participate actively in the departmental M2S as per company requirement.
- Ensure that work practices comply with the company SHEQ procedures and works instructions.
Job Requirements:- NQF Educational level N6/ Diploma/Degree
- Educational qualification: Qualified Electrician/ Millwright/
- Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Robot Technician within an Automotive environment
- Extensive working knowledge of ABB and Kuka Robots.
