Job description

For the past 30 years, this technology has been successfully implemented in thousands of projects across more than 80 countries worldwide. We are seeking a Country Manager to lead our business development in South Africa.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement our solutions from initial planning through to execution and follow-up activities to enhance sales proficiency.
  2. Develop new and existing markets and execute business development strategies across multiple countries.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction, gather case studies, and testimonials.
  4. Promote strategic customer retention to generate repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an infrastructure project manager in civil engineering, preferably in road and/or railway construction.
  • Proven track record collaborating with construction companies, contractors, supervisors, engineering firms, project managers, and government authorities.
  • Understanding of infrastructure project cost structures and ability to identify where our solutions add value.
  • Relevant professional network to facilitate introductions to wider networks.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to persuade using professional knowledge.
  • People skills: attentive listener, detail-oriented, natural connector, and positive attitude.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to visit project sites.
  • Civil engineering qualification is mandatory.
