Job summary

AfterQuery is hiring registered nurses as contractors to review, create, and rank clinical content for frontier AI models. You will evaluate AI-generated patient education, triage guidance, and clinical documentation for accuracy and safety, drawing from your own practice to create expert demonstrations.

Fully remote, async work with hourly compensation. Candidates with ADN/BSN and 2+ years of clinical nursing experience are preferred, with BSN/MSN and ICU/ED experience as advantages.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (ADN or BSN).
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in hospital/clinic settings.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety.
• Create expert demonstrations of nursing workflows, triage, and patient education.
• Rank and label model responses against nursing best practices.
