Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technology delivery with MVP options (desirability/viability/feasibility assessments) and recommendations.
• 2-3 years as Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Proven experience with Java, Python and/or APIs.
• CSM/PSM or similar Agile certification preferred.
• Experience delivering complex solutions in tech or financial services.
• Gathers customer insights; analyzes, redesigns, deploys, and measures outcomes for iterations.
• Proficient with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Servant-leader mindset; coaches teams and drives high-performing cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead value delivery for squads within an agile operating model.
• Guide cross-functional squads with clear plans and empowered execution.
• Own end-to-end risk solution delivery and measurable business outcomes.
