• Assist in the maintenance of a culture that emphasizes and demonstrates the importance of effective Risk Management to all staff.
• Monitor and control the internal assessment process to ensure compliance with policy and procedures.
• Assist in the coaching of employees in the use of relevant operational risk management tools.
• Conduct risk assessments of the operational functions on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct risk management training for internal stakeholders.
• Involvement in the digitization of the risk tools (e.g., Power BI, Exclaim).
• Involvement in the process risk management to oversee the frequency of process reviews, process documentation timelines, and accessibility of process documents.

• Execute specific deep dives or investigations to better understand risks, problems, or incidents in the organization.
• Assess opportunities for continuous process innovation to prevent deviation trends and control gaps.
• Provide risk support to project teams in assessing their processes, procedures, and identifying associated risks and controls.
• Perform risk monitoring for new service implementation and operationalization processes.
• Contribute to potential reviews for inclusion in the annual audit plan.
• Facilitate and complete assigned internal audit function reviews.
• Coordinate management responses across the organization for assigned reviews and report on findings.
• Assist in the preparation of the Combined Assurance Reports.
