Placements24 is seeking a focused Management Consultant in Upington to guide clients through risk and compliance challenges, helping them identify, assess, and mitigate threats across operations.

You will develop robust regulatory frameworks, support governance and internal controls, and advise on best practices for risk management and audits with a collaborative, client‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business or related field.
• 4+ years in risk management, compliance or internal audit consulting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret regulations.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' risk management frameworks and compliance programs.
• Develop and implement regulatory compliance, governance, and controls strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify threats across operations.
