Job Description & Summary
A career in the PwC Southern Africa R&Q Team, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity-based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation and form an active part of the community of solvers.
You will focus on supporting the xLoS R&Q AD and Partner in promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable regulations and policies and procedures to help manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk. You will also support the improvement of these processes and help to simplify the process for teams. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with ad-hoc projects, including support on wider global projects.
The PwC South Africa xLoS R&Q Team is part of the firm’s Risk & Quality group within Internal Firm Services.
Whilst prior R&Q experience is preferable, what is more important is that you have a willingness to learn a new technical area, a client service mentality, excellent coaching and communication skills and want to join a dynamic team that provides critical business support to the firm in a complex and changing regulatory environment. On the job training on the R&Q rules and processes will be provided.
