Job Description & Summary

Joining the PwC Southern Africa R&Q Team provides an opportunity to support integrity-based decision making and compliance across the organization. You will assist the xLoS R&Q AD and Partner in monitoring compliance, improving processes, and engaging in global projects. Prior experience in R&Q is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn, client service orientation, and excellent communication skills are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Risk and Quality matters, including ad hoc projects.
  • Ensure effective training and communication on R&Q issues.
  • Manage daily R&Q activities, including systems support.
  • Monitor KPIs and follow up on exceptions.
  • Review Risk Consultations and prepare Risk Management Alerts.
  • Report on Audit Quality Indicators and expand reporting.
  • Research technical issues related to risk management and compliance.
  • Maintain QMSE documentation and controls.
  • Support regulatory inspections and submissions.
  • Assist in developing risk management training and projects.
